Rental List
The Clay County Fairgrounds are located at 515 High St in Vermillion, SD. We have several areas and items that are available for rent. Please reach out to the Extension Office at 605-677-7111 or email clay.county@sdstate.edu for more information on pricing and availability.
Rentals
4-H Center
The 4-H Center is ?X? and comes with tables and chairs and also has access to the kitchen. The space is air conditioned and recently painted. Great for parties and rummage sales.
Kitchen
Kitchen comes with access to stove/oven, refrigerator, freezer and kitchen utensils. In addition to kitchen use, the kitchen can also be used for small meetings of less than 20 people.

We have several outdoor facilities and open spaces that can be rented out at the fairgrounds.
40' x 40' Tent
Outdoor Spaces
Rent our 40' x 40' pole tent with sides available. Must be set up on surface that can be staked.
Mini Golf
Rent out our 9-Hole Mini Golf Course.
Winter Boat and RV Storage
We store boats and campers at the fairgrounds during the Winter. All boats and campers are entered on a set date in October and released on a set date in April.
