Claim the Title of Best Salsa in Clay County

Invite people to come taste salsas and vote on their favorite. 

General Information

Salsas can be turned in at the following times:

• Tuesday from 4-6 pm during Open Class Check In at extension office
• Wednesday from 5-7 pm during 4-H Exhibit Check In at extension office
• Saturday from 2-3 pm before event in Clover Hall

Winners will be chosen via People's Choice.

You may enter up to 2 different salsas -it does not have to be salsa from this year.
 

Provide at least 1 quart of salsa with list of ingredients and method of preservation if not made for immediate eating (water bath canning, freezing). May enter up to 2 different salsas.
 

Pre-registration is preferred by August 5, using the form below but you can register at the fair.  With pre-registration, you get a pre-filled, typed information card for your salsa!  The forms will be available for you to pick up during drop off.

Complete a form for each salsa you enter.
