Early Bird Entry fee of $50 is due by July 15, then entry fee is $75 and is due no later than August 5. BBQ competition will be held rain or shine.
Competition will be limited to the first twenty teams.
No electricity will be provided, please bring generators. Water is available on site.
Categories will include chicken, ribs, and pork loins.
Set up for teams will begin at 5:00 am, meat inspection from 5-7:30 am, with cooks meeting at 8:00 am. Turn-in times will be 2:30 pm for chicken, 3:00 pm for ribs, and 3:30-4:30 pm is people’s choice pork loin.
People's Choice-a ticket/vote can be purchased for $10. The ticket will allow you to sample each of the entries.
Awards will be announced at approximately 5:00 PM on main stage.
